1. Purpose

Mega Capital offers cultural discovery tours (Art Nouveau architecture, comic strip murals, historical secrets) in the Belgian capital. Access to and booking of these tours are subject to unreserved acceptance of these GTU.

2. Acceptance

3. Bookings and Payments

• Tours are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes.
• Mega Capital reserves the right to modify its prices. The applicable price is the one in effect on the day of booking.
• In case of cancellation by the customer, the refund conditions are specified at the time of booking.

4. Responsibilities

4.1. Of Mega Capital: We are committed to providing the described services professionally and in compliance with safety standards. In case of force majeure (weather, exceptional events), the tour may be postponed or canceled.

4.2. Of the Participant: The participant is required to follow the guide's instructions, schedules, and meeting points. Mega Capital declines all responsibility for any damages caused by non-compliance with these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, itineraries, concepts) present on the site talsalmegacapital.com is the exclusive property of Mega Capital. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Personal Data

Data collected during a booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is used exclusively for managing your tour and is not transferred to third parties.

7. Disputes and Applicable Law

These GTU are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
